The past year-plus has been long and difficult, but we’re excited to safely come back together for the 2021 PRSA Hoosier Chapter Pinnacle Awards dinner! 

Whether it’s in-person or virtually, you’re invited to reconnect and celebrate with friends, colleagues and peers to honor the best campaigns, projects and programs from an unforgettable 2020. The awards ceremony and silent auction will be June 2 at Fountain Square Theatre, with the dinner and awards presentation from 6-8:30 p.m. The venue will remain open until 10 p.m. for drinks and networking.  

While we are pleased to return our chapter’s signature event to an in-person dinner and drinks format (with plenty of space to maintain social distance, as well as additional measures in place to ensure the safety of all attendees), we’re also excited to be able to offer an online simulcast of the awards program for those unable to attend or who prefer a virtual experience.

Just as in past years, the PRSA Hoosier Chapter will recognize Indiana PR professionals for their exemplary work – highlighting top PR talent across a variety of industries – including a special COVID-19 category this year that showcases campaigns or tactics in response to the pandemic.

2021 Pinnacles Award Emcee: Gene Rodriguez Miller

This year’s emcee is Gene Rodriguez Miller. A former broadcast journalist with WISH-TV and a PR leader in the health care and automotive industries, Gene now heads up communications and public relations for Duke Realty. You may also have seen her recently host the “Back Downtown” video series as part of the #BackDowntownIndy campaign.

Registration for the in-person dinner program is $45 per person, $175 to reserve a table for four, and $250 to secure a table for six. The virtual event remains free this year, but as last year, contributions are welcome to support our chapter’s largest fundraising event. The Pinnacle Awards help support much of the programming and member education for the coming year. Virtual attendees will also have the option to pick up a to-go meal!
