Social media sites reply upon bots to help prioritize what viewers see and then monitor that to determine future selections. A marketing and communications executive with more than 40 years of experience, Dennis Collins is always keeping an eye on current trends affecting the PR industry. Most recently, he served as the senior director of marketing for West Unified Communications Services, the world’s largest conferencing services provider, where he was responsible for product launches, external communications, competitive positioning and channel/sales communications for audio, video and web conferencing products. Prior to that, Dennis was the co-owner of Tech Image, a full-service Chicago PR agency that infuses traditional PR with digital tactics and resources. He has been published/quoted in Entrepreneur, Forbes and Fast Company, and enjoys taking seemingly complex problems and distilling them down to the essentials.
