The Hoosier Chapter of PRSA will host a panel discussion on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, focusing on public affairs and customer service at our region’s leading utility companies.

The group will explore questions about how to communicate appropriately about matters of widespread public concern — power outages, rate hikes, utility mergers, etc. The discussion will focus on how each company manages the nuanced communication that’s needed for maintaining public trust and meeting public expectations for good service. Participants will share stories of challenging situations, with insights about what worked and what didn’t — and what they learned from each experience.
