Corporate Communications Specialist Sr
Any Anthem location with a preference for Indianapolis

The Corporate Communications Specialist Sr. will join a team that supports executive communications, business unit communications and corporate reputation. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting the internal and/or external corporate communications plans for senior management and a business unit. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Research, develop, and review and/or edit communications materials for business unit and senior management.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic communications plan for business unit and senior management in support of the overall business objectives and initiatives.
Provide content development and logistical support for internal town hall meetings, video shoots, etc.
Manage and coordinate distribution and online posting of communications for business unit and senior management.


Requires a BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, or a related field; 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience working in a corporate and/or communications agency setting preferred.
Knowledge of managed care and the health insurance industry preferred.
Strong writing and editing skills for executives and/or senior leadership preferred.
