Contribute to Arlington/Roe’s growth and financial success by producing effective communication within brand standards that is strategic, well researched, professionally written and designed, and flawlessly accurate.
The PR specialist, digital marketing and design, is directly responsible for email marketing as well as contributing to website and other communications and content. The specialist uses creative and technical marketing communication skills to produce well written and designed print and digital marketing and PR projects.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
Graphic Design, Print and Digital
Email Marketing and Reporting
Copywriting, Editing and Proofreading
Website Content and SEO
Analytic Reports on MARCOM Projects
Education and Experience
BA/BS degree with major in PR, graphic arts, communication or marketing preferred
Two or more years of experience in B2B marketing communication/public relations
Insurance industry knowledge is a bonus
PR, design and marketing communication principles and best practices
Computer programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
Digital systems especially ESP, Email Service Provider, such as Delivra, Constant Contact or Exact Target
Production and publishing requirements to send vendor-ready files to printers, specialty advertisers, digital media and others
Work effectively as a collaborative team member

Work as part of the PR/MARCOM team to produce quality digital and print communication
Meet timetable for work projects and reports
Establish effective working relationships with associates and affiliates in the course of doing business
