Communications Associate – Health Sector
Rick Miller Communications (RMC) helps midwest and national clients create and execute strategic communications and reputation management programs. Our virtual team delivers PR, content, social media management, and thought leadership programs to high-profile clients in a variety of sectors.
We’re looking for a professional with 3-6+ years’ experience, including work in and passion for healthcare-related fields. Most of our work is virtual, with occasional in-person team and client meetings as needed. Working from Central Indiana complements our team. This role initially requires 20+ hours per week.
Practical experience in writing, media relations, social media content development, and visual/video production is essential. Must have a passion for current events and local/national healthcare-related issues. Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently. Must have the ability for attention to detail, knowledge of AP style, and excellent writing and editing skills.

- Guide graphics and video development
Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field. 3-6+ years’ experience and strong track record of leadership and experience in PR, content marketing, social media or related fields.
