Jasmin French, senior manager of global ethics and compliance, Cummins Inc.
Jasmin French is senior manager of global ethics and compliance for Cummins Inc., a global engine and power generator manufacturer. As a senior manager in the company’s global ethics and compliance department, Jasmin manages enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at maintaining a strong ethical culture at Cummins.

A former corporate lawyer, Jasmin has managed domestic and international business transactions at law firms in Indianapolis and Chicago. Jasmin also previously founded a personal branding firm, where she worked with a diverse clientele to help develop and package personal brands.

Jennifer Dzwonar, APR, Fellow PRSA, Partner with Borshoff
Jennifer has been with Borshoff for 27 years and became an owner in 2007. Jennifer oversees the crisis and community relations practice at Borshoff, including providing timely strategic communications counsel, media/speakers training and crisis communications guidance that is recognized and valued by CEOs, corporate leaders and other prominent individuals and organizations.

In 2019, Jennifer was inducted into the College of Fellows, an honorary organization within PRSA comprised of 350 active senior professionals and educators. Jennifer was named to Indianapolis Business Journal’s Women of Influence and is a member of Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Series class 31. She serves as chair of the board of the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana and is past president of the board of Early Learning Indiana, the Ronald McDonald House of Indiana, and of the Hoosier Chapter of PRSA. Dzwonar also serves on the boards of the Faith & Action Project and the Indy Chamber.
