Calling All Mentors and Mentees!

Looking for a way to get more value from your PRSA membership? Join the PRSA Hoosier Chapter’s new Mentor Matching Program. This vital initiative will invest in the future of our profession and is the perfect way to connect with and learn from industry peers.

The Mentor Matching program is designed to help both young professionals and seasoned veterans learn from one another, grow in their careers, and develop confidence and leadership skills. If you’re interested in becoming a mentor, mentee, or even serving as both, please complete the Mentor Matching Interest Form and Mentee Matching Interest Form.

Based on your answers, you will be matched with the mentor or mentee that is the best fit for you. You will then receive an email introducing you to your match, and you can take the relationship from there. More details on mentor and mentee requirements can be found below.

Mentor Requirements:

  • PRSA Hoosier Chapter member
  • At least 5 years of experience in the PR/Marketing/Communications industry
  • Commitment to mentoring a mentee. The actual meeting frequency, in-person vs. virtual and duration of the relationship will be agreed upon by both individuals involved.

Mentee Requirements:

  • PRSA Hoosier Chapter member
  • Mentees typically have 0-8 years of experience in the PR/Marketing/Communications industry, but anyone can register as a mentee.
  • Commitment to learning from a mentor. The actual meeting frequency, in-person vs. virtual and duration of the relationship will be agreed upon by both individuals involved.
