Charlotte Westerhaus-Renfrow is a clinical assistant professor of business law and management at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. Her areas of study include negotiations, cross-cultural negotiations, team dynamics and group processes, and leadership development. In 2015, Westerhaus-Renfrow received Kelley’s top undergraduate teaching award: the Schuyler Otterson Award for Teaching Excellence. In addition to her teaching, she is a featured columnist for the Indianapolis Business Journal. Westerhaus-Renfrow received a J.D. from Indiana University and B.S and M.Ed. degrees from Ohio University. She was awarded the First Decade Award for the National Association of College and University Attorneys in 2008. Westerhaus-Renfrow is a board member on the Indiana State Board of Law Examiners, and she serves on the Board of Governors of the Indiana State Bar Association.
