Now accepting 2023 Joanne Dring Memorial Scholarship applications
The PRSA Hoosier Chapter is dedicated to giving back to students attending universities in Indiana who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in the public relations/communications field. Therefore, we are proud to announce the Joanne Dring Memorial Scholarship is now open for applications — from undergraduate and graduate students — through Friday, Nov. 3, 2023.
Undergraduate Requirements
(1) Must be a PRSSA member currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited Indiana college or university.
(2) Must be a PRSSA member in a college or university student chapter that is sponsored by the Hoosier PRSA Chapter.
(3) Have a minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
(4) Provide a copy of complete college transcripts/grades.
(5) Provide a typewritten personal statement.
Graduate Requirements
(1) Must be either a PRSSA or PRSA Hoosier member currently enrolled in an accredited Indiana college or university Masters in Public Relations or Communications program.
(2) If applying as a PRSSA member, the PRSSA chapter must be sponsored by the Hoosier PRSA chapter.
(3) Have a minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
(4) A copy of current grad school enrollment or current bursar bill.
(5) A typewritten personal statement.
